Devainer Ltd ("we") offers paid plans for Devainer AI. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for subscription or one-time payments.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade if you are not satisfied with the Service, provided you have not substantially used the paid credits (e.g. used more than 10% of the monthly allocation). We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
3. How To Request A Refund
Contact us using the contact details provided at www.devainer.com, including your account email and the transaction or order reference. We will process valid refund requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Refunds for the current period are subject to the eligibility criteria above.
5. Exceptions
We are not responsible for refunds where the issue is due to your device, network, or misuse of the Service. Chargebacks initiated with your bank may result in account suspension while we investigate.
