Devainer AI provides AI-powered image generation and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for any purpose that could harm Devainer Ltd or its users.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Devainer Ltd. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited license to use the Service. Output generated by you through the Service may be subject to separate license terms as indicated in the product.
6. Payment and Plans
Paid plans are billed as described on the upgrade page. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devainer Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
